My main market is Sweden but I’m able to support worldwide people and companies, I like different cultures, I have spent all my professional time around the globe in different countries such as; Germany, UK, Italy, Nederland’s, Spain, Switzerland, Malaysia, Japan and much time in North America, Denmark and China. Cooperated with many of the high brand companies.

Main strength is; Management, Lean, SixSigma, Coaching, Project, Strategy, Structure, Quality. (Transform problem into a structured opportunity).

• Visit and train / Coach sites as struggle with KPI´s and turn this around with continuously improvements culture (Long Term).
• Plan and act for relocation of sites (Best Cost Country).

• Lean has been rolled out @ all levels, training has been performed @ all levels, projects has been performed @ all levels from supplier to customer,
• Trough team have I establish structure with Lean / SixSigma as support, in all processes as are included in operational business.
• Increase output, lower waste, better cost efficiency, happier people and owner.
• I have performed Lean SixSigma training for managements teams and departments as are connected to a manufacturing-site, I have been involved in training issue in more than 40 different companies in different business.
• Implementation of Lean and SixSigma with a global perspective, included training and audits with great results.
